Base fee:

Conference Registration for BOTH Saturday & Sunday – $65.00
Adult Conference Registration Fee for Saturday both Saturday & Sunday. Add adult guest registration (partner, spouse) for $50 instead of $65. Add students separately for $30.
Conference Saturday ONLY – $35.00
Adult Conference Registration Fee for Saturday ONLY. Add guest registrations (partner, spouse, kids) for $25 instead of $35.
Conference Sunday ONLY – $40.00
Adult Conference Registration Fee for Sunday ONLY. Add guest registrations (partner, spouse, kids) for $25 instead of $40.
Special Full-time student rate for BOTH Saturday & Sunday – $30.00
Student Conference Registration Fee for Saturday both Saturday & Sunday.
Vendor – $40.00

2024 PSBA Fall Conference and Membership Meeting

The 2024 PSBA Fall Conference and Membership Meeting is scheduled for Friday, October 25 through Sunday, October 27, 2023 at the Ramada Hotel and Convention Center, State College, PA.

We are happy to announce that Dr. Lewis Bartlett (University of Georgia), Dr. Peter Fowler (Michigan State University), Hilary Kearney (Girl Next Door Honey), and Frederick Dunn (The Way to Bee) will headline our presenter list. This is a great opportunity to see and hear these nationally recognized speakers.

Past vendors include Maxant Industries, Betterbee, Mann Lake Ltd, Dadant & Sons, Strong Microbials, Véto-pharma, Wicwas Press, Apimaye USA, Apimon LLC, Bee Club Sales, Danenhower Apiaries, PA Veterans Farming Network, The Bee & Butterfly Habitat Fund, North American Land Trust, and The Keepers Hive. Many of these will attend our 2024 conference.

Hotel Rooms: For reservations call (814) 238-3001 and use Group Code BEE2024. The group room rate is $94 plus taxes including buffet breakfast. Room reservations deadline is 24 September 2024, but the hotel may honor the rate for a late reservations. Suites are NOT available at the group room rate.

History: The shift in dates from our traditional first weekend of November is due to the Penn State Football Schedule. We have our conference when the team is playing away.
